In 1992 Alaska Frontier Services LLC started business as a Trucking company which offered contract hauling services in the central region of Alaska. In 1997 we decided to start a grading and paving side of the company.

Max Withrow was raised in Colorado by his aunt and uncle who owned and operated a small paving business in the Denver Metro area. With experience paving as a young man it didn't take long to brush up on skills and start building a regular clientele.

Alaska Frontier Services LLC currently employs approximately 35 people in the summer months and approximately 10 in the winter months. We take pride in our work and equipment; we feel this is important to maintain a good working relationship with our customers.

We have experience in both Private and Commercial, including the State Of Alaska, Municipality of Anchorage, JBER Alaska, Mat-Su Borough, Anchorage School District, Department of Natural Resources, Alaska Railroad, and a long list of Commercial & Residential Contractors.

PAVING
Full line of Paving Services; Small to Large and Potholes to Parking Lots.
ASPHALT
There are several different kinds of asphalt products. We can help figure out what is best for your project needs.
TRUCKING
Material deliveries to contract hauling. We can help with all your trucking needs!
DRIVEWAYS
Driveways are our specialty. We will help repair or completely rebuild your driveway. New designs are also available.
PARKING LOTS
Old or new, we can provide maintenance services, repairs, complete rebuilds or new installations.
GRADING
Small to large, we offer grading of gravel parking lots, roadways and driveways. We offer recycled asphalt products (RAPP) as well as standard road base products.
EXCAVATION
We can help figure out your excavation needs. Plans or new designs...we can help!
ROADWAYS
We have a lot of experience working on roadways. Private, Subdivisions, Commercial, Municipality of Anchorage (M.O.A.), State of Alaska (S.O.A.) and Military.
ROTO-MILLING/RECLAIMING
We offer reclamation services for asphalt removal. We use Grinding equipment to recycle as much material as we possibly can.
SNOW REMOVAL
We offer Snow Removal Services, plowing, loading and sanding. We can help with your snow removal and maintenance needs.
MOBILE CRUSHING
Recycling of asphalt and concrete.
